Description

The concrete rebar portion supporting the sewer opening has crumbled and collapsed on itself. Debris constantly builds up and blocks the sewer opening. A strong sewage odor can sometimes be detected. This problem was initially reported in July of 2019 (#DPU000005913). Location is in front of 4000 Forest Hill Ave. Just to the left of the bus stop.
