Description
This has been reported several times and my husband even talked to the department in charge and it is still an issue. There is water from a manhole cover that is pouring into the canal. The water looks clean. This manhole cover is adjacent to the bridge that leads to the Dominion substation. It is down by the canal. They will need a ladder to get down there. Homeless were living under the bridge and there is still debris under the bridge from them. PLEASE fix this. I cannot imagine how many gallons of water have been wasted
