Description
The drainage ditch is clogged by grass and trash. When it rains the street floods and citizen has witnessed at least to vehicle stall in the water. Its located on the corner of Dill Ave and Pollock

Inspected 3...Cleaned 3...Serviced 6 inlets of trash and debris...Unable to clear 1 pipe due to trap...when inlet was cleared of debris; water flowed in from outfall pipe.
