Description

MR BERRIOS STATED THAT THERE IS A CLOGGED STORMWATER DRAIN THAT HAD A GAS LIKE SMELL EMITTING FROM ITS BASIN. GRASS IS ALSO GROWING FROM THE DRAIN.
