Description
Citizen wants the two stormwater basins in front of/and at the side of her home repaired. The concrete is missing and crumbling and the erosion of soil is causing holes that she is worried will cause someone to trip and fall

- System · September 11, 2020Caller is calling back....Caller is concerned about the four catch basins in her area that is sinking and eroding in the soil round them. States there are holes around the boxes and it's a major safety concern. There are cones placed at the area but the cones are sinking down also. This has been a problem for at least a year and too date nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Area of concern is the 3 on Barton and the one catch basin on Meredith. (Field engineer was emailed concern of there being no status)
