Description

An existing streetlight was removed last week and no replacement was put in so need a new streetlight at the west entrance to the alley between 406 and 408 N. Shields Ave. It looked like they tried to put the light on another pole when they took the damaged one down but there is no light working and makes the street and that alley very unsafe.
