Description

There is a light at the left entrance to the paid city parking lot on E. Cary St. after you pass Buffalo Wild Wings on your right and go under the RR trestle. (It's the same paid parking lot with the hanging art sculpture inder the highway overpass.) The light is an old fashioned styled black lantern type. It is next to an overgrown tree. The light makes this LOUD zapping noise, like an electrical shock is happening constantly. It is not lit either.
