Description
Five(5) of the large street lights that ring the SW corner of Jefferson Park are out. The lights that are not working begin with the light immediately in front of the playground entrance, and each sequential street light is out, for five lights continuing around the SW portion of the sidewalk, going past the flights of stairs & benches and past the horseshoe area -- all completely dark.
