Description
The street was resurfaced a couple of years ago. Ever since, stormwater does not drain properly and pools/collects right in front of the house. Shade prevents it from ever drying up, creating a breeding ground for mosquitos. I would like to add that if the trees or tree roots are found to be the problem, I do not wish for the trees to be removed.
