    investigation into this request found a inlet pipe at this location, however at this time I was unable to locate the outfall. I spoke to the homeowner and advised him of my findings and informed him that S/W group will work to determine the out fall and make necessary steps to open the system. this location may need to be CCTV to determine the direction of the outfall
