Description

Two inlets are not functioning properly.One in front of address and one on side of address.Even with modest rain, inlets are totally underwater, causing water to back up and flood streets. Once rain subsides, inlets start foaming.

    Per Crew Chief, N. Sumpter stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressuse water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum.
