Description

the clean out drain was broken. The surrounding neighbors said the bulk pick-up crew was responsible. I saw the marks on the ground and the broken pieces. A1B1 - This request was submitted on 06/04/209 with no response. Doing a follow-up. ( request #DPU000005393) Comment added by Field Engineer at June 5, 2019 4:39 pm ervice Request has been received and dispatched to Field Supervisor. Please allow 15 days for supervisor to complete assessment. Supervisor will contact requester upon completion of assessment. I should not have to pay for something that was not broken/destroyed on my behalf.
