Description

City tree has buckled city curb causing sever standing water with rotting leaves. City tree is required to be cut back to city line due to encroachment of the resident’s property. Can’t get to car on a rainy day due to standing water...please see below pictures.

    The curb and gutter at this location has moved due to tree root growth along the curb line. The customer has complained of standing water. There are no storm water assets affecting this area. This concernwill be forwarded to both roadway maint. and urban forestry.
