Description

In the back alley there are (3) cobrahead style streetlights that are 100W, 150W, and 250W high pressure sodium. These lights produce large amounts of glare, are not Dark Sky Friendly, and are not efficient. https://www.darksky.org/our-work/lighting/ All three fixtures should be replaced by LED conbrahead style units as specified by the City of Richmond on 20005021_Bid_Form that was solicited in 11/2019. The Rapids number is 341130. This is a 72W LED fixture and is Dark Sky approved.
