Description

This pole is leaning badly and has also twisted in its drying process over the years. It also has a crack forming at the base. It is sitting in a wet inundated drainage ditch area as well. I think that should be replaced and the tree limbs surrounding it should be trimmed as they interfere with the photovoltaic sensor on the lamp unit causing it to flicker and go on and off at different times than the surrounding street lights
