Description

The light fixture in the alley between Fendall and Hanes (directly behind 3200 Hanes) has begun to make a very loud noise when it turns on at night and makes the noise throughout the evening. This could be the transformer attached to the light pole or the cobra fixture, but it would be great if it was inspected. The light has been turning on around 8pm lately.
