As per ticket DPU000005741: "The concrete ditches was clean, the culvert at 4135 needs cleaning and is on a different request. This request will be closed." Caller states she had spoken to DPU employee Mr. Hite & was told issue would be resolved by March 2021. Caller's other open tickets regarding the same issue: DPU000012620, DPU000015154
