- Staff · November 8, 2023I have talked to Ms. Harlock , by them putting in a second driveway the ditch can't flow properly because when the water comes out of there main driveway the ditch shallows and becomes a sheet flow going to the wooded area at end of street. there is two tickets at this location 490049 both are closed.
