Description

Lamp out in front of the barber shop at 6510 Midlothian. I reported this to Dominion, but was told this light is maintained by City of Richmond. It was marked as completed by KJ/DJ and closed on 4/22/20, but the light is still out. It might have been inadvertently closed with nearby request 9011, which was completed.
