Description

Drainage easement runs through middle of property. At rear (opposite from Comanche Dr.) it turns to run onto adjacent property. At that point there is extensive erosion. In heavy rains there can be water running up to 18 inches deep. The creek bank needs to be reinforced with concrete bags.

    Problem Description: There is no ditch to direct the rain runoff so it flows over a wide area on the side of the property along Turf Ln. The low point on Turf Ln. is at the rear of the property. A ditch needs to be dug to direct the water into the nearby drainage ditch.;Problem area Ditch; Is there standing water? No; Is the problem in the rear of the property?
