Why do you duplicate work and mark completed. It has never been fixed and if you have duplicate from 2 years ago why does it take over 2 years to correct? Why am I paying for taxes?

    During to the high volume of requests our request place in the at priority as need on the comments enter in the RVA 311 request system. Yet this request will be get to the filed supervisor access the location. So ,please allow 15 days for Supervisor to complete assessment. .
