Description

There are many street lights in Shockoe Slip that have been down or out for years. I have given 2 examples of down streetlights by Sine Pup and across from the Residence Inn that havent been repaired and that have metal and wire protruding from the ground. There is no light and the walking conditions are dangerous for pedestrians. Please actually replace the poles instead of just taping them or marking with cones.
