Description
Storm water drain is entirely clogged. Several recent rainstorms have resulted in flooding of the street and standing water for hours after the rain stops. Basement door shows water damage from flooding. Over a month since submitted - still flooding. I am getting a new basement door this week - would hate to have water coming in the basement from a serious summer storm. The small ones we are having are causing standing water for hours - a series of back to back hard rains this summer will be a problem. Would appreciate an update as to what the cryptic descriptions of action taken to date mean. New Pic from last weeks rain storms - water is actually down from what it was during the storm. I am at the residence today - Friday June 26. The last rain put water into the basement. I am sending more pics - if I do not hear from you by Monday I will be contacting an attorney. This is now an emergency with the home with water coming in - I will get a sand bag to place in front of the door but that should not be necessary.
