Description

Loose manhole cover makes very loud noise every time a vehicle crosses it throughout the day and night. It is in the direct path of vehicular traffic and as such is unavoidable. (Intersection of E. Blake Lane & Midlothian Turnpike) https://photos.app.goo.gl/azdqGP97MPFpDaYr9
