Citizen reporting a large sink hole on street. he says it about 14 inches in diameter and open. he's concerned about cars/pedestrians going near or over the hole. it is in the circle area at this location

    We had a negative dye test on the cave in @ this location. The hole is in a failed utility patch, (NOT SURE WHICH UTILITY). No other sewer related issues found...
