Light out on the westbound side of Forest Hill Ave, on bridge over CSX tracks. The pole is wired under street level, and does not have a pole number, so it does not appear to be a Dominion light.

    DPU Streetlights is primarily working emergencies at this time. All repairs are delayed during the Covid-19 closure. All ticket repairs will be resumed when the City of Richmond has returned to normal business operations.
