There is a single tall street light out on the back corner of the building. Owners have placed a cone over the wires, but the wires are out. Owners have been notified that these are their responsibility to fix, not utilities. Please send code enforcement. The area is unsafe.

Spoke with citizen regarding issue. Lights are not City of Richmond to maintain, citizen would like code enforcement to respond to request. Referred citizen to Allen Hampton and Peter Breil to escalate to get Code Enforcement to respond to citizen's request.
