Description

Storm drain is almost entirely clogged (see attached photos). Water backs up into my yard and makes it almost impossible to access my vehicle. I reported the problem once and nothing was done. It's been almost 2 months and I haven't heard anything about when the drain will be cleared. Every time it rains, it is a hazard for me. I will sue the city, of course, if I am hurt dealing with the flooding issue.

The valley gutter stretches the entire length fronting the property and furthermore 50 to 60 feet to the receiving storm inlet. the entire gutterpan is grading properly toward the storm inlet with only afour to five foot section in front of the homeowner walkway that has dipped approximately three quarters of an inch. As stated the gutter pan issue is 50 feet from the receiving storm inlet. The puddling issue is minor when given proper yard and parking area maintenance. this request will be forwarded to roadway maintenance for review.
