Description

City trees clog up city curb beside author’s home. Rotting leaves and standing water are cleaned by author to offset standing water/leaves that creates a stench and in effect stench seeps into author’s vehicle. I’m 58 and can’t keep sweeping this up. City tree roots have caused the ground to buckle which creates standing water/leaves. Standing water is a magnet for mosquitoes. See below pictures

    Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond is a Roadway Division. Issue which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW.
