CITIZEN IS HAVING ISSUES WITH RODENTS IN HIS BACKYARD UNDER AN AREA WHERE ABANDON CARS WERE MOVED, THE CARS WAS TURNED INTO HOUSING FOR THE RODENTS UNTIL THEY WAS MOVED
