Problem Description: The storm drain pipe that runs under the foot of the driveway and connects drainage ditches is clogged with debris and not allowing the storm water to flow properly. The pipe needs to be unclogged so that storm water can flow correctly. ;Is the inlet/basin clogged? Yes; Is the street flooding? No; Is there an odor coming from the basin No;
