    Duplicate ticket of DPU9020, checks status of repair on existing ticket. DPU Streetlights is primarily working emergencies at this time. All repairs are delayed during the Covid-19 closure. All ticket repairs will be resumed when the City of Richmond has returned to normal business operations.
