This location should be repaired within twelve months.
  • Staff · September 20, 2022
The actual address is 1600 Westwood Av. and the inlet is on the side street, Chatham Rd.
  • Staff · September 23, 2022
This location has deep cavitation's to either side of the inlet's cast deck where the deck meets the curb. The inlet has been recently cleaned and there are no obstructions within the structure. The four manholes within the intersection were checked for color from the Dye Test and no color was identified. There was also no color identified in the storm inlet. The inlets riser flu is entirely brick with no blind cap. A CCTV exercise may be beneficial however as mentioned before all manholes were checked to include the manhole on GIS identifying the manhole as the first transition point to the sewer main lateral.
  • Staff · October 20, 2022
It is decided due to the circumstances and timeline of the existing conditions the cavitation's will be filled and the request closed as there are no further issues.
