They are digging holes up into my yard from the storm sewer below.

    e jetted the sanitary sewer line (alley) with high pressure water to flush it out. The homeowner (Brenda Kliesen) stated that vermin dug holes in her yard in which I explained that the city is not responsible for issues on private property. The city main is open and flowing. No other sewer related issues found, closing ticket...
