The top to the sewer extension was accidentally removed when trash collection service ran over it when driving through the back alley. It is next to the green shed/garage.

    Customer was advised last yea to replace his own cleanout top.

    Recurring Issue. Customer constantly calls to request a clean out be replaced on his property due to City Trash truck hitting it, but as the picture will show it would be very difficult for the Trash Truck to constantly run over the cleanout.
