citizen states lights are cycling, they are coming off and on and need to be prepared. Citizen believes the bulb is dead. there are two lights out, one is at 1202 whitby rd, 23227

    DPU Streetlights is primarily working emergencies at this time. All repairs are delayed during the Covid-19 closure. All ticket repairs will be resumed when the City of Richmond has returned to normal business operations.
