Description
Every time we get a heavy rain a large pool of water appears at the Southwest corner of Willow Lawn Drive and Wythe Ave covering one lane of both roads. This has been happening for over a year.

Sumpter visited this location twice toward the end of December, it sub that is slow draining that is on Willow Lawn Dr. and stated that is was a location was used by the citizen to dump their lawn chipping and yard debris. This location being assign to be check Hotspot ride by. Also it is being assigned to DPU Contactor Pipevision for services in Jan 2021. CW Service Request 435025/ RVA 311 CRMDPU000012295, was completed on December 22, 2020, which is connected at the crossstreet at Willow Lawn Dr.
