Description

This is actually a residential "water meter cover" issue that I'm reporting. Friday April 3, 2020, the stump grinding activity damaged the water meter cover and "in-ground" meter shielding. It was very close to the stump that was being ground, and I don't blame the operator. This damage leaves the meter susceptable to debris and probable deterioration, as well as a possible safety issue should a person trip and fall due to the hole. Pictures attached.
