    Need to check the status of a service request for a ditch that was to be cleaned. Caller states the ditch is much worse than when she called about it in April.(Advised her that the 15 days would have put the assessment around when the COR started closing due to the virus---advised her I would email the person that responded to the request for a status.)

    citizen is asking that if there is asphalt of something can be placed in the ditch so each year it is cleaned it take doesn't take her yard away. she would like to see if someone can check. Also the water is not draining is standing it does not have anyway to go. would like that to be checked also.

    Called back about a ditch that after cleaning their yard/easement is being taken away each time the ditch is cleaned. Caller also suggest that if the asphalt can be placed or concrete or even something to keep the vegetation from growing it would help this situation.
