    Per Glenn, Stormwater Operation Manager, stated that this location has no stormwater asset at this location. Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway Maintain issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW.
