DPU Streetlights is only working emergencies at this time. All repairs are delayed during the Covid-19 closure. All ticket repairs will be resumed when the City of Richmond has returned to normal business operations.

customer says she is concerned about the streetlight that is out by her home because she lives alone and at a dead end street. citizen wonders why the streetlights are white and the other lights are an orangy color. she states she is a senior citizen and she is very afraid and she states this should be considered an emergency.
