- Staff · April 1, 2020et with the citizens to address the concerns in this area and determined the home on the corner has debris in the ditch that should be removed by the homeowner. The other concern is the easement across the street that will be addressed by Storm Water Crews. This location is a normal maintenance area that will need the machine to scoop out debris from the inlet of the pipe where the grate was installed to trap the loose debris that washes down during normal and heavy rain events.
