Description
There is standing water covering 1/3 of our block. This is on the sidewalk on the north side of Venable Street. The water has been there for two months and the size of the flooded area grows daily.

- Staff · February 28, 2020Please refer RVA#311 # CRMDPU000008432 to reasoning of prior request being closed as it is related to the same issue and is being investigate by Water Disb. Division and not Storm Water Division within DPU. Request was receive by the wrong Division within DPU, return to dispatch to be re-dispatch to the correct division. The prior request from 2/14/2020 was closed due to the other division within DPU can not access the request from their information system but are aware of the problem and will be sending a Technician to investigate the issue.
