Description
I wanted to follow up regarding ticket DPW000016995 submitted almost a year ago (Jan 23 2019). The street in front of my house has a manhole and a water cover are both way below the surface. City buses and big truck hit these holes and shake my entire house which causes walls to break (several crack already)
