Description

The brand new storm sewer on the SE corner of N 23rd and E Clay is flooding. The storm sewer was installed in late summer 2019. Please clean and/or repair. The water level has almost reached the sidewalk and the corner is completely flooded. Still blocked/flooding as of 4-13-2020. This morning standing water is up to the axles of cars parked next to the storm sewer. The accessibility ramp is completely flooded.
