Description
.There is a storm sewer towards the back NE corner of a driveway that I think travels south to Midlothian Tpk.I think a section of the drain has collapsed as the curbing has sunk and a large depression has developed. Is this an issue for the City of Richmond or a matter we address on our own, thanks for any guidance you can provide.
