Description
Sidewalk installed on the opposite side of the street and now all the water runoff pools in front of his home and in his yard The report is that there is severe pooling and flooding of run off water.

- Staff · October 17, 2020M DPU Storm Water Utility Division assess this location and spoke with the homeowner: Found: Sidewalk installed by COR at some point in time has cause water that drains away from citizen yard to become stagnate due to elevation of sidewalk. Citizen advised that DPW Roadway Maintenance / Sidewalk will be notified. Notification was sent by DPU after assessment. There are no drainage assets at this locations for DPU Storm Water Division to address. Theinstallation of the sidewalk is the root cause of pooling water. Request closed to DPU Storm Water.
