Description
The alley behind our house floods with storm water every time it rains and we have difficulty accessing our trash and recycling bins. It seems this is the only portion of the alley between W. Franklin and Bromley that this is a problem. Was wondering if the city could put more rocks down or correct as the water remains for several days even after light rainfall.
