Description
standing water, backed up sewer on the south side of Idlewood avenue across from the north bound entrance to 195, this drain has overflowed on multiple occasions causing vehicles in the east bound lane to move into west bound lane of Idlewood Ave. Similar problems exist at the NE corner of Arthur Ashe Blvd and Idlewood Ave
