citizen calling to report lots of standing water. there are two sewers that are backed up causing standing water in the front of the property which goes into the alley

Crew cleaned sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. cleared 3 inlets of mud and trash...Ditch crew still needed to close out CW#398342
